As a Corporate Practice Immigration Paralegal at Manifest, you’ll partner closely with one of our attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality immigration work for corporate clients. You’ll manage a substantial caseload, drive end-to-end case preparation, and serve as a confident, reliable point of contact for HR teams and employees.

Abramson Labor Group is seeking an experienced Trial Representative to support our Workers’ Compensation practice. The individual must be based in or near Los Angeles, CA and will be responsible for attending and handling trials throughout the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workers’ Compensation litigation, including trial appearances, negotiation of settlements, handling QME evaluations, and preparing settlement documentation.

The Senior Immigration Specialist manages immigration cases from start to finish, either in-house or through a third-party provider. This role requires experience in various processes, including work and residence permits, notifications, permit cancellations, and renewals. This role ensures cases are accurately updated, provides expert advice on immigration laws within EMEA, and stays up to date with changes in immigration law and policies.

This is a hybrid position that requires a strong legal background, ideally in U.S. law and/or personal injury, combined with high-level administrative, organizational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable managing a wide variety of tasks across multiple business areas.
